    SiraWeb ships within the all of the U.S states and International shipping is also available.  Some items are prohibited from being shipped by air, to a P.O. Box or FPO/APO address. We strive to ship all orders within 3-4 business days, but please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery.

    Although we ask to allow 1-2 weeks delivery, we do not guarantee that your products will arrive in that time frame (although 99% of our orders do). In some cases, SiraWeb may not be able to ship partial orders! If there is a significant delay with your order it is due to being out of stock and back ordered from the manufacturer, which of course we have no control over.

    For those products that have free shipping or shipping is included with the price of the product, the shipping method is for ground shipping only within the continental United States. Shipping by air or international shipments incur an additional shipping charge based on package weight, dimension, destination and shipment method used.

    Please Note: SiraWeb will NOT be held responsible for lost or stolen merchandise. It is the purchaser's responsibility to ensure products purchased are sent to a secure location like home or work place where someone is there to accept the package.

    SiraWeb Hassle-Free Return Procedure

    How do I return an item?

    Returns at SiraWeb are easy. Please follow these simple steps:
    1. Re-pack the item in the original packaging and shipping box.
    2. Include a copy of your original invoice in your return package.
    3. Mail the original packaging to the warehouse address provided to you by customer service using a traceable carrier (UPS, FedEx, USPS).
    4. Please write your orignial order number on the outside of the box.
    5. Open a customer service ticket to notify SiraWeb of the return and provide the return tracking number to ensure a faster refund.

    Please Note: Please save the shipping receipt until you receive your refund or exchange. We regret that we will not be able to issue a credit or refund for any items that are damaged or lost in shipping.

    What is your return policy?
    Your satisfaction with our quality products is our top priority. If you are not satisfied with any of the products you receive, you may return the item within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund. Please make sure to inspect all items upon receipt. All returned items are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the purchaser's responsibility. For items marked as free shipping or the product price is bundled with the shipping price, the original shipping charge will be provided as part of the return authorization and is non-refundable. In the event that a different item was shipped from what was ordered, SiraWeb may pay for return shipping cost or other similiar concessions.    
    Damaged or used products will not be refunded.

    We will notify you via e-mail once your return has been processed. Please note that your credit card company will likely take approximately seven business days to reflect this transaction.

    Damaged Shipments or Shipping Errors
    Upon receiving your order, inspect all shipping package(s) and items thoroughly for signs of damaged, missing, or incorrect parts. Our warehouses exert all efforts to prevent shipping damage, but it does occur on occasion. If you happen to receive a damaged part, please call us immediately to prevent you from being charged freight both ways. We are not responsible for damaged, missing, or incorrect parts after 90 business days, regardless of which party is at fault. We are also not responsible for lost or stolen packages, and all claims from such incidents must be reported and processed through the shipping company.     Risk of Loss
    All items purchased from our website are made pursuant to our shipping terms, which are FOB shipping point. This means that risk of loss and title of any item is passed to you at the shipping point, which is when the carrier accepts the goods for transport. We are not directly responsible for lost or stolen packages, but we will be happy to assist you in filing a claim with the shipping company. You must contact us immediately if the entire shipment was not received within two (2) full days of the carrier’s estimated delivery date. All requests must be made within thirty (30) days of the shipment date for any possibility of a claim.

    If you need to cancel an order it is important to contact us as soon as possible, as orders ship out quickly.  The easiest way to do that is to reply to the order confirmation email you have received, which will provide us with all of the details of your order.  A cancellation request is not a guarantee that your order will be cancelled as we cannot cancel an order that has already been shipped.
